  • For anything cut and sew, we require a minimum of 150 items per SKU.

  • Yes we do. Our sample process takes 3-4 weeks.

  • Cut & Sew is an intricate production process that entails building a product entirely from scratch from the fabric, garment cut to adding custom sew-in tags details. We recommend clients with due dates of 3 months to begin the product development process.

    Step 1 - collect all the details on the garment specificiations including quanities, size, print method, design etc.

    Step 2 - create tech pack and get it client-approved to send over to our manufacturers

    Step 3 - optional: start the sample process. This takes around 3-4 weeks including shipping.

    Step 4 - approve sample and begin bulk production which takes an additional 4-6 weeks.

  • We require a high quality file with a 300 dpi in the form of a eps, .ai, pdf or jpg. If you send us a design that doesn't meet this requirement, we will add an artwork recreation fee starting at $50 to ensure your file is print ready.

  • Cut & Sew is an intricate production process that entails building a product entirely from scratch from the fabric, garment cut to adding custom sew-in tags details. We recommend clients to begin the product development process 2-3 months from their due date.
