+ What's the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for bulk embroidery, screenprinting, and DTF orders is 2-3 weeks. Our cut and sew manufacturing time is 4-5 weeks.
+ Do you process rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush services in as fast as 1-2 business days. Rush fees do apply and vary by production and turnaround time.
+ What are your minimums?
Our MOQ varies by production method:
Screen Printing = 50 units per design
Embroidery = 24 units per design
Promo/Accessories = ~100 units (varies by item)
Cut & Sew = 150 units
+ How does pricing work?
Our rates vary with the production method and quantities ordered. In general, wholesale pricing for each production method begins at 72 units.
Screenprinting is charged by the number of colors in the design, and embroidery is charged by the stitch count/size of the design.
+ What is your approval process?
We have a diligent approval process that eliminates the potential for discrepencies. It includes a detailed artwork approval PDF with production-ready mockups generated by the AMG team. We also provide free, physical photo samples for embroidery.
+ How do I pickup my items?
We offer free courier delivery around the Atlanta Metro Area. Orders can also be shipped directly to you, or picked up from our Marietta and Atlanta locations.
+ Can I provide my own blank clothing?
We require a minimum of 72 units for customer provided goods. Our clients have the option to drop off their blank clothing or ship directly to us.
+ Do you provide retail finishing services?
We offer all retail finishing services like: Inner neck labeling, poly-bagging, hang tagging, barcoding, and more.
+ Where are you located?
Our showroom is located in the Marietta Square, and our production facilites are located in Atlanta.
