Production Assistant

Founded in 2017, Atlanta Merch Group is the city's premier apparel/merchandise production and fulfillment company with an entertainment specialty. Clients include: Slutty Vegan ATL, YFN Lucci, God is Dope, Atlantic Records, Generation Now, and other artists & brands.

Our team is looking for a production assistant passionate about apparel production to support the team in day to day operations. The ideal team member has a creative tendency and/or a passion for screenprinting or embroidery. Our company is rapidly growing and success in this role can lead to growth opportunities in the future.

This is an entry-level, trainable position and little to minimal experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Supports screenprinting and embroidery departments by trimming, boxing, and cleaning screens.

• Stacking garments for jobs prior to the jobs being run

• Keeping accurate number counts

• Watching for print irregularities and misprints.

• Handling and assisting in deadline-driven production schedules.

• Assist in managing the inventory/stock section.

• Any other supportive duties to help the team and production run.

Requirements

• Passion or interest for apparel production.

• Aptitude for multi-tasking and efficiency

• screen printing and embroidery experience - HUGE PLUS!

• fast learner with attention to detail

• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player

• can thrive in a fast-paced environment (we work hard & play hard!)

• Able to lift 30+ pounds

• Able to follow mandatory rules and procedures.

Hourly pay: $8 per hour
