Screen Printing & DTG

+ What's the maximum number of colors you can print?

For screen printing, we can print up to 5 colors on dark garments and 6 colors on light garments. For any designs ranging from 6 -12 colors, our minimum is 72 pieces.

+ What's the difference between DTG and screenprinting?

DTG is a printing method that's used for printing realistic images like photographs or for designs that have more than 12 colors. Screen printing is more traditional and gives the design a more artistic effect. DTG has less setup costs vs screen printing, but screen printing costs less per unit.

+ What is your minimum order for screen printing?

Our production minimums for screenprinting and DTG is 24 items. The higher the quantities, the lower the production pricing. The most optimal price break starts at a quantity of 36 items.

+ Can I change the color of my design?

Yes, we can change the color the deisgn if you're printing more than 50 garments. Each color change costs $35.

+ Can you provide screen printed and DTG samples?

For DTG, samples start at $50. For screenprinting, we require a $100 refundable deposit and a production fee cost starting at $100. Screen fees will also apply depending on the number of colors in the design and will be applied at a discount rate for your bulk order.

+ Do you offer DTG? What's the minimum?

We offer DTG on all garments that are at least a 50/50 cotton/poly blend. Our minimum starts at 24 items.
